Homes4WA is a growing network of advocates and neighbors from across Washington joining forces to advance state-level solutions to our housing shortage.  

Not enough homes forces competition and drives up costs. We see it in bidding wars, waitlists, and high rent in our big job centers, mid-sized cities, and small towns. The affordability solution for Washington communities is to allow more home choices for all our neighbors.  

We aim to legalize or re-legalize more homes, in all shapes and sizes; increase housing stability for all Washingtonians; and grow state investments in affordable homes—all to support abundant home choices in our cities and towns, near jobs, services, and transit.
